Perhaps it was those bucketful of treasures found out by the seashore, an old summer diaper days. It was Japanese Animations or Characters in Manga, who were whispering the fate of us…
There are 2 types of Scenery Photography.
Then, look at the Scenery more carefully…you can see Scenery Photography is separated into 2 types, can’t you? (whispers)…well, Not really? “Categories in Landscape? Ridiculous!” – It’s no wonder you scream like this, since we’d had the same view as well. However, come to think of the word, Scenery, you’d notice there are 2 types of it…
One more thing,
Then, assume that you were the one who is given something. Something huge cardboard-full of BANANAs, how would you say? Suddenly your dining table’d be occupied by the troops of fed up BANANAs everyday. “Been to Panama? He such a meaner!” On the contrary, if the gift was that Diamond Ring like One and Only, you might even tell him, “Marry ME!”…

What the hell is this guy, isn’t he/she crazy? The people around you become war-ready, and the religious war begins…

Is Photography Art? What do you think? Actually I was stabbed with this question when I was a student. Now that I rethink about it, this is pretty absurd. As I mentioned in the previous essay, it could be the question unable to answer because the “Art” itself, which should be defined in the first place, has been historically interpreted in various ways...
