■ Description
The title is after a word of music, “Key Change”.
I feel the difference between classical and modern music is that modern one changes its key significantly. The composition of the change from the minor head to lousy chorus makes it a good one.
Also, there is a feeling that a bad image was attached to the previous two works by the influence of a strange incident, so the key change is perfectly suited to such circumstances.
So, this time it is Kurobe Gorge. That’s because we’re talking about climate change, but we’re curious about the dams that might have saved the capital from flooding. In Japan, the most famous dam is Kurobe Dam. It is the “Star” on the earth.
However, such “New Deal”-ish projects, which should be the glory, has been greatly damaged by the political corruptions related to the public work projects and the rise of the interest of nature conservation. It seems that the result leads to the current evasion.
However, the impression might be able to change now since the circumstances shifted to where a large-scale flood is likely to occur every year. It is a problem of “Design” of what to do with the coverage of the public work projects.
This work cuts off the area around such a noisy dam lake, and I want to beat the back beat to the place of a beautiful photograph to look, which seems to be Meteoroscape just in, and make the scenery which changes the impression variously by the person who sees it.
