    I believe that avoiding packaged foods would be the first step in order to lose weight. They might taste very good, but highly processed foods have very little vitamins and minerals, making you consume more just to have enough strength to get over the day. Should you be constantly ingesting these foods, transferring to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more power while consuming less. Interesting blog post.
